Pelvic Obliquity Kit

The Pelvic Obliquity Kit (POK) by Motion Concepts is a foam insert that can easily be installed underneath the base of any cushion including Matrx cushions for a custom fit. The POK accommodates ½" or 1" obliquities and features a cutting guide for the appropriate cushion width (up to 22") and adhesive strips for easy application.

Each kit includes one left and one right pelvic obliquity build up piece. Please note that for trials, the kit can be cut to the appropriate size but must not be stuck to the cushion - this can only be done once the cushion and POK have been purchased. If the POK on trial has been unsuccessful, please ensure that the whole kit including any cut pieces are returned.
