What information do we collect?

 

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked for your basic contact details to send your order out. You may, however, browse our site anonymously. Account holders are able to view or edit their personal information at any time. All customers including non-account holders have the right to find request any information we have collected. Accounts can also be cancelled if required.

 


What do we use your information for?


Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

 

• To process transactions - your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Only those who have subscribed to our newsletter will receive periodic emails although we do not currently have an active newsletter. Subscribers are able to opt out of our mailing list at any time.

How do we protect your information?


We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We use PayPal, an online payment service that allows customers to safely and securely submit their credit card details or use an existing PayPal account without sharing their financial information with us. This means that while we can receive your payment and can provide partial or full refunds, we can not access or store your credit card details. We also do not take credit card details over the phone as we do not write or record down our customers credit card information.

 

 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?


We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (123 Online), conducting our business (e.g. courier services), or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

 


Online Privacy Policy Only


This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and online store, and not to information collected offline. Due to the nature of our business and the supply of trial equipment through the public health sector, we deal with the relevant funding agencies and occupational therapists to help meet the needs of the client. This involves sharing some limited information (client name, delivery address, and equipment trialled or purchased) with the relevant parties.
