New Zealand delivery only. Please contact us if you require international delivery.


Shipping charges are charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and delivery address. Rural addresses and heavy or bulky items will incur extra charges. We use Fastway Couriers to deliver all of our products. Please contact us if you require a tracking number. Parcels can be tracked at Delivery times are:


North Island 
1-2 working days                                                                        
South Island Up to 3 working days
Rural Up to 4 working days 


We have a Click and Collect option during checkout to pick up your order for FREE from our Hamilton office. Click here for more information. Alternatively, you can buy directly from us during business hours if you are paying with cash.





If you would like to return or exchange your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning any items. Generally, we will offer you a credit voucher as refunds are issued on a case by case basis only. Items must be returned in an unused, original condition including any packaging, manuals etc. The cost or returning items and/or exchanging an item will be at your expense unless you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.  Please note that there may be a nominal cleaning fee on some products and refunds may not include your original courier cost if the return is not due to faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
